We Are Scientists Return to Slovakia: Bringing Their Distinctive Indie Rock Show to Bratislava!
The popular American indie rock band We Are Scientists will return to Bratislava in May 2025. On May 11, 2025, they will perform a concert at the Pink Whale club on the Danube, promising an unforgettable musical experience for alternative rock fans.
The band, which entered the British music scene in 2005 with their gold debut album With Love & Squalor, rightfully belongs among the legends of the indie rock genre. Throughout their career, they have released eight studio albums, including their latest critically acclaimed record Lobes from 2023.
We Are Scientists are returning to Slovakia multiple times, and their concerts have always garnered enthusiastic responses from fans and media, who praised the band's unique energy and their close connection with the audience.
Show full descriptionThe Bratislava concert is part of their European tour, which includes cities such as Paris, Berlin, Vienna, Edinburgh, and many others. The European tour comes after a sold-out series of British concerts, where the band celebrated the long-awaited vinyl reissue of their 2008 album Brain Thrust Mastery, which features the hit single After Hours.
Frontman Keith Murray is looking forward to the tour: "I can't wait for these concerts to start. I would love to jump straight to the first concert – although we probably should first rehearse the program and maybe get new concert outfits, so I'm probably in for some sleepless nights before the start of the tour!"
We Are Scientists have spent the last year working on new material, and 2025 promises to be an extremely busy year for the band, as this tour is a harbinger of the band's other big plans.
